本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、JoyCove（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に同意のうえ、本アプリをご利用いただきます。
本アプリは継続的に運営されるサービスです。運営者は、新しいゲームやモード、機能等を随時追加・変更することがあります。コンテンツの追加・変更について、個別の通知を行わない場合があります。
本アプリでは、運営維持のために広告が表示される場合があります。広告の表示内容・頻度は、運営者の裁量により変更されることがあります。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、音声、プログラム等）の知的財産権は、運営者またはライセンサーに帰属します。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページ掲載時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the JoyCove application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a continuously operated service. The operator may add, modify, or remove games, modes, and features at any time without individual notice.
The App may display advertisements to support its operation. The content and frequency of advertisements are at the operator's discretion.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
All content within the App (text, images, audio, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the operator or its licensors.
The operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect upon publication on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
